It's crazy, but....
Thanks for checking us out. We're a couple living in Philadelphia who are a little down on our luck, but are hard-working and just want a nice moment to commemorate the beginning of our new life together. Because we aren't blessed with large, extended families or with financial success, we have reached out to the world in hope that someone out there may take to us and want to help us live our simple dream of a nice little wedding.
Our plan is to fly to the US Virgin Islands on Friday, August 28, 2009, where we will check in to a little cabin on Charlotte Amelie in Cinnamon Bay. First thing in the morning on Saturday, August 29, 2009, we are going to the beach with a justice of the peace in tow, and we will say our vows and place a ring on each other's finger to symbolize our lifelong committment and love for one another.
We anticipate the total cost of this event to be approximately $1,500.00, airfare and lodging costs included. We don't have alot of money, and this is alot of money for us. We are asking for any donation of $1.00 or more to help us reach our goal! Think you'd like to help?
